1. Booking & Payment

Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and cleaning fees.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by property and will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the cancellation window defined for your booking. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early checkouts, or unused nights.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 4:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges. Guests will receive a digital guide and keyless access instructions before arrival.

4. Guest Conduct

By staying in one of our properties, you agree to:

  • Respect house rules listed in the guest manual or booking page.

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No parties or unauthorized events.

  • No unregistered guests.

  • Maintain a reasonable noise level, especially during quiet hours.
    Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund and additional charges for damages or disturbances.

5. Property Use

Our properties are intended for vacation or short-term stays only. Commercial use, photoshoots, or filming must be approved in advance. Guests must leave the property in good condition and report any damages promptly.

6. Damages & Security

Guests are financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. In some cases, a refundable security deposit or damage protection fee may apply. We reserve the right to charge the card on file for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

7. Safety & Liability

Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings. Elite Escapes Properties is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay. Properties may include security features like smart locks, outdoor cameras, or noise monitoring devices (clearly disclosed).

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Guest information is only used to facilitate your reservation, communication, and guest experience.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (TCR Compliant)
